I'm pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holding a B.A. from the University of Vienna and a B.Phil. from the University of Oxford.

My research interests lie in metaethics, epistemology, and the philosophy of mind, especially at their intersections. For example, how can character judgment be (epistemically) justified? How did the concept 'moral judgment' come to have its reference fixed? Under what conditions do backward-looking emotions go from being fitting to being unfitting?
