Michael Martin

Michael enrolled at Walden University in May 2019 in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program with a concentration in Leadership. Michael has training and experience in qualitative research to explore effective employee retention strategies in public accounting. Michael has served on multiple employee retention committees for accounting and consulting firms. Mr. Martin's interdisciplinary interests include industrial engineering management, variable frequency drives (VFDs), electric motors, and high-pressure pumping systems. In 2012, while working in a controller capacity at a high-pressure mist system manufacturing company, Martin designed and implemented a VFD-driven pump and motor assembly capable of maintaining a stable 1,000 PSI operating setpoint.
