Ming-Jung Chang

I have academic backgrounds in AI governance, law and philosophy, with a Bachelor's degree in Law at National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in Philosophy at National Chengchi University. This interdisciplinary training enables me to approach questions about AI ethics from both philosophical and institutional perspectives, shaping the foundation of my current research interests.
