As the title indicates, the essay is an effort to theorize human existence in space. Such an attempt argues that the human person exists in both horizontal and vertical spaces. Human existence in horizontal space is existence with fellow humans. Human existence in vertical space is existence with the Holy. A necessary consequence of human existence in horizontal and vertical spaces is the creation of a new space where the horizontal and vertical spaces meet. In the balanced existence of the human person in horizontal and vertical spaces, [s]he also creatively exists in a new space where 'human[e] act' and 'holy human act' meet. The totality of the combined human act and holy human act is the recommended redefinition of the true and complete meaning of humanization, which is the new dimension of life. I admit that all this paper can share is just a descriptive discourse [not definitive] that opens a tunnel to a topic for further research, analysis, and discussion. However, it certainly has a contribution [albeit small] to the systematized body of wisdom – philosophy.
