Noelia Martínez-Doallo—LLB, LLM and PhD in Law from the University of A Coruna (Spain)—is currently a Zukunftskolleg postdoctoral fellow at the University of Konstanz (Germany), where she develops a research project on the topic of human participation in biomedical research from an interdisciplinary perspective. Her chief research interests fall within the fields of Bioethics, European/International Health Law, Human Rights, Jurisprudence, and the intersection of Legal, Moral and Political Philosophy.
