I am Professor of Philosophy at the University of Navarra, Spain, and I have been Visiting Scholar at the Universities of Harvard, Glasgow and Stanford. Since 1994 I have launched in Navarre a Grupo de Estudios Peirceanos to promote the study of C. S. Peirce and pragmatism, especially in Spain and the Spanish-speaking countries (http://www.unav.es/gep/).
I am a Member of the Board of Advisors of the Peirce Edition Project at Indianapolis (http://www.iupui.edu/~peirce/web/staff/board.htm) and in the year 2008 I served as President of the Charles S. Peirce Society: http://www.peircesociety.org/ and served as chairperson of the Charles S. Peirce International Centennial Congress 2014.
