Çağlar has a background in economics (BA), philosophy of economics (MA), and philosophy of science with a focus on social dimensions of science and evidence based policymaking (PhD). He is currently working on the social epistemology of sciences and the theories of argumentation applicable to the analysis of science and informed decision-making.
