The authors of the scientific monograph concluded that sustainable development can be effectively achieved only within an integrated paradigm that ensures the systemic unity of economic efficiency, social justice, and environmental balance. The findings demonstrate that the harmonization of economic, social, and environmental objectives enhances the resilience of socio-economic systems, supports inclusive growth, and creates the preconditions for intergenerational equity. It analyzes how distribution channels, logistics efficiency, customer relationship management, pricing behavior, and market communication influence economic stability, resistance to risks, and competitive resilience. In order to ensure stable functioning and development of the enterprise, they evaluate the effectiveness of economic activity. An effective tool for assessing economic activity in modern conditions is economic diagnostics, which allows you to analyze the main indicators of the enterprise, to explore the factors that led to the change in the relevant results and adversely affected the activities of the enterprise. Agricultural enterprises also need such methodological tools for economic diagnostics. However, the existing tools for assessing the effectiveness of economic activity does not allow for a comprehensive assessment of indicators. In addition, the management system of agricultural enterprises raises the requirements for providing a more effective and justified system of evaluating indicators using economic diagnostics.

The authors of the scientific monograph have come to the conclusion that мanagement of socio-economic transformations of business processes requires the use of mechanisms to support of entrepreneurship, sectors of the national economy, the financial system, and critical infrastructure. Basic research focuses on assessment the state of social service provision, analysing economic security, implementing innovation and introducing digital technologies. Basic research focuses on assessment the state of agricultural producers, analysing the financial and accounting system, logistics activities, ensuring competitiveness, and environmental pollution. The research results have been implemented in the different decision-making models during martial law, international logistics management, digital audit, agricultural lending, integrated marketing system, risk management and diversification of Ukrainian agricultural exports. The results of the study can be used in the developing of food security policies, programmes and strategies, agricultural production development, decision-making at the level of ministries and agencies that regulate food security management processes. The results can also be used by students and young scientists in the educational process and conducting scientific research on food security during martial law and Ukraine’s recovery economy after the victory.

The European Union (EU) has been experiencing an unprecedented energy crisis for the last 50 years, with severe economic, social and political consequences. Rising energy demand, extreme weather events (unprecedented heat and long winters), disruptions in supply chain and poor regional and global reserves have all contributed to the current energy crisis in the EU. Prices on natural gas in the EU are rising as demand around the world increases. Prices on the gas rose by more than 800 percent year-on-year and prices on the electricity by about 500 percent. Rising prices on gas are due to low stocks in European storage facilities and pressure from Russia, which is trying to speed up the launch of the Nord Stream-2 pipeline. Also in the EU, there is reduction the production of coal and natural gas, reducing the capacity of wind farms. As natural gas plays a significant role in shaping the prices on electricity, electricity has also risen in price. As prices on gas is rose, prices on oil and coal is rose significantly. Demand for energy consumption has also increased due to weather conditions – cold winters and periods of abnormal heat in summer. The largest consumers of gas and electricity in the EU are suffering heavy losses due to rising prices on energy. Industrial giants have begun to cut production, threatening economic recovery. The world economy is recovering from the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, and the EU countries are increasingly in need of energy for industry and the population. An unbalanced transition to renewable energy has become a particular problem for the EU. Calmer weather this year has led to lower energy production using wind turbines. And old European nuclear power plants are gradually being decommissioned. Green energy is not able to cover all needs, so the continent has risen sharply demand on gas. All the above-mentioned problems have certainly affected the further ensure energy security of the EU and require the developing of appropriate mechanisms to overcoming current challenges.

This article is devoted to the study of directions of financial safety of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises through the assessment of indicators economic activity and analysis of the export potential of agricultural products. The financial indicators of economic activity of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises, which affect the ensuring of financial safety, are determined. The activity of large Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in terms of their capitalization and formation of own capital are studied. Analyzed the commodity structure of exports agricultural products of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises and determined the amount of foreign exchange earnings from EU countries. Due to economic-statistical and mathematical tools, a study of the dependence of GDP and the euro on foreign exchange earnings from exports of agricultural products of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises to the EU countries. Offered the scheme of directions of maintenance of financial safety of the agricultural enterprises of Ukraine in the context of internal environment of activity of economic entities and stabilization of macroeconomic indicators of the country.

In the article are considered the foreign trade agricultural products of Ukraine in COVID-19 pandemic. The structure of foreign trade agricultural products of Ukraine, countries-importers of Ukrainian agricultural products, the dynamics of changes in sales in absolute and monetary terms are determined. The directions of state support of Ukraine for agricultural producers exporting agricultural products abroad and the directions of WTO support in the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic are studied. Measures for further development of foreign trade agricultural products of Ukraine in COVID-19 pandemic and overcoming the negative effects on the market of agricultural products are proposed.

Support for agricultural producers in the European Union remained uneven, as preferences were given to the most economically stable regions and businesses. Intensive farming methods continued to be used, with consequences for both the environment and animal health. In addition, the applicant countries that joined the European Union had to adopt legislation, i.e. meet the parameters and criteria that exist in the Single Market for agricultural products, namely: to ensure appropriate product quality, update the technical and technological base of production, introduce innovative technologies for growing grain and fattening animals, etc.

The formation of a new and gradual change in current economic and social relations in Ukraine has an impact on managing the planning of financial activities of agroindustrial enterprises and the appropriate methods of financial management. Financial planning as an important component of the financial system‘s mechanism and one of the functions of management of the agroindustrial enterprise becomes acute in today‘s conditions, when the impact of globalization, gradual informatization of society and its innovative development is essential for the activity.

Technical advancement of the modern world, popularity of social networks is significantly changing the direction in education. Both the future of the education and of society in general depends nowadays on understanding by all participants of educational process of the direction of a strategic development of education. Along with the leading scientists and experts in the field of informational technologies, many modern teachers, philosophers, theologians and journalists, discussing a complex of problems of gamification in education, note that process of application and intensive development of informational technologies in the educational sphere has the hidden ambivalent character. The goal of gamification, which is an educational approach to motivate students to learn by using video game design and game elements in learning environments, is to maximize enjoyment and engagement through capturing the interest of learners and inspiring them to continue learning.

Tourism is one of the powerful stimulants for the expansion of globalization due to the effective computer communicative and information components. In current global conditions, tourism is increasingly vulnerable due to the effects of such negative factors as natural disasters, epidemics, terrorist acts, criminal nuisances, as well as the impact of such purely economic factors as the financial crisis, fluctuations in the securities market, and the reduction of consumer spending, increase in petroluem prices, tight credit policies, and escalating unemployment. Therefore, the development of the innovative orientations should contribute to the intensive development of the economy, enhance the development of the latest achievements of science and technology in production, efficiently satisfy consumers in a variety of high-quality and competitive products and services.

The research of current state of production andeconomic relations of the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of thePoltava region shows the changes in the volumes of activity of theentities agrarian sphere caused by the market situation. Economicrelations in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine have an unstablenature of the interaction between agricultural production entities andother contracting parties, including government bodies of differentlevels of government. The proposed organizational-economicmechanism of improvement of economic activity and economicrelations of the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Poltava regionshould provide development of infrastructure of economic entities ofagrarian sphere through organizing measures on market-orientedprinciples of management of production activities and economicdirections in order to increase the efficiency of formation and use ofresource potential, development ways to improve financial-creditrelations and investment activity, and so on regulation of foreigneconomic activity on the market of agricultural products.

The analysis has shown that there are many theoretical and practical approaches to the formation of development strategy of organizational processes and organization. These approaches are as follows: intensification (improvement of processes in order to achieve higher efficiency rate); expansion (the use of some of the most powerful processes to enter new markets); growth (development of processes to provide a wider range of services to consumers); conversion (the use of the most effective process to provide services to other economic entities); innovation (the use of the most effective processes to create and deliver new goods and services); diversification (creation of new processes to produce new goods and services).

Economic diagnostics the resource potential of agroindustrial enterprises as a functional element the process of management the activities of the agrarian entity, form its own system of theory, methodology, and organization of research process and develop a system of effective measures. The use of economic diagnostics in the process of carrying out the economic activity of agroindustrial enterprises allows timely detection and recognition the state of entity economic activity on the basis of indirect signs, which is especially relevant in conditions of variability and uncertainty of the external environment.

It is of paramount of importance to keep trying new pedagogical innovations in order to improve the levels of teaching and learning; in fact as Chuck Norris frequently sais “It is better to have tried and failed than to not have tried at all”. If an idea fails then it is vital to understand the sources of mistakes and problems, correct the mistakes and problems, learn from mistakes or try a completely different idea. This is a pertinent learning process of its own right. Learning and teaching innovations are especially vital since the start of the digital age and the start of international education as well; the teaching and learning process also changes from generation to generation and therefore needs to be revised quite frequently to keep up successfully with these changes and demands.

Relative strengths of the innovation system are in Innovation-friendly environment, human resources, and employment impacts. Relative weaknesses are in innovators, attractive research systems, and linkages. Notable structural differences are a larger share of employment in Agriculture & Mining, a smaller share of employment in High and Medium high-tech manufacturing, a larger share of micro enterprises and SMEs in turnover, a smaller share of large enterprises in turnover, a larger share of foreign controlled enterprises, lower GDP per capita, a higher growth rate of GDP, a lower and negative growth rate of population, and lower population density. According to the conducted studies, Latvia's economic development is impossible without implementing radical structural changes in the production and updating of its technologies, using modern advances in scientific and technological progress. It is precisely the application new advances in science and technology that allows for high profit for enterprises and stimulates economic growth of the country. It is possible to determine the possibilities of innovation and economic development of Latvia through the assessment of innovative potential. The country's innovative potential can be judged by the level of development of research and development work, educational institutions, and technical innovations.
