Paul Baird

Grounded as a mathematician, I am now interested in fundamental physics, particularly quantum information, cognitive science and philosophy of mind, whatever the latter may mean. In short, I want to understand better the world in which I find mySELF, and this word "self" is the big puzzle I can't get my head around. I ask you to consider the question (see my article in Mind and Matter): when I die, will that be the end of the universe?
