Lale Peniel Ochure holds a B.Ed from the University of Portharcourt Department of Human Kinetics and Health Education and a M.Ed in health education from the Department of Health Promotion and Environmental Health Education. He currently lectures at the University of Calabar in the Department of Human Kinetics and Health Education, Faculty of Vocational and Science Education.
