As an undergraduate at WUSTL, I studied economics and wrote a thesis on macro demand-side factors under the supervision of Steve Fazzari. I then spent 5 years as an organizer working in grassroots and electoral contexts. In 2025 I received an MA in humanities from UChicago where I wrote my thesis on Rawls. My thesis offers a reconciliation between Rawls and G.A. Cohen using an alternative framework for the basic structure allowed for by justice as fairness. In an active working paper, I'm offering a new framework for the original position to upgrade the veil of ignorance.
