Prabhat Suraj is a postgraduate student at the Centre for Philosophy, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), having earned his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). In 2024, he secured All India Rank 1 in the CUET PG Philosophy category.

His research interests span 20th-century French philosophy—particularly the thought of Emmanuel Levinas—alongside pragmatism, Vedanta, postcolonial thought, and cultural anthropology. He is especially engaged with the intersections of ethics, culture, and philosophical inquiry across diverse intellectual traditions.
