I work at the intersection of philosophy of mind, metaphysics, and ethics in Western, Indian, and Chinese Philosophy. My current research centers on the interactions between imagination and self: how different aspects of the self manifest in imagination, how imagination shapes the self, and whether we should be morally evaluated for our imaginative activities. Methodologically, I'm committed to a cross-cultural and interdisciplinary approach, utilizing multiple textual traditions and empirical studies.
