Tiktok in the process of popular consumption culture also acts as a determinant for young people to act, think and even make a decision. This study found that Tiktok's ontological status as a self-determinant in technological determinism is non-existent and it is the youth as a digital society who has complete determination in Tiktok's digital communication from production, consumption to information distribution through the concept of Digi-sein. With a conceptual analysis of Tiktok's indeterminant cyberspace designation, youth must become fully critical and authentic as Digi-sein in Tiktok to realize harmonious ideas that are not value-biased in using Tiktok.
