I'm a PhD student at the University of Kassel, Germany. In my dissertation I analyze the discourse on philosophical thought experiments in order to emphasize that they can be used as mediating instruments within the circulation of knowledge. For this I examine the violinist thought experiment in the abortion debate and how it is perceived and discussed in circles of experts and laypersons. I'm also a podcaster on the science podcast "Analytischer Kaffeeplausch".
