I’m Ricky, a philosopher and incoming Hecht-Levi Fellow at Johns Hopkins.
I study incommensurability in AI and Bioethics, and my dissertation is on well-being and assholes. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about what makes some ways of articulating moral conflicts more illuminating or insightful than others.
I also have interests in social and political philosophy, public philosophy, aesthetics, and philosophy of games and sports.
In my free time, I love science fiction, board games, jazz, art, screenwriting, and playing, watching, and coaching basketball.
