I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Biomedical Ethics of the University of Zurich, Switzerland. I am also Associate Professor of Bioethics and Law at the School of Law of the same University. I come originally from Argentina, where I did my law studies and completed a first doctoral degree in Law at the University of Buenos Aires (1990).
