Rodrigo Reis Lastra Cid is a full professor at the Federal University of Ouro Preto, a philosopher working at the intersection of metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of science, and philosophy of technology. His recent work explores artificial intelligence as a philosophical subject. His previous works are on the metaphysical and modal status of natural laws, and on the role of symmetry principles in scientific reasoning.
