Sandro Skansi

My name is Sandro Skansi, and I am an associate professor at the University of Zagreb, AI researcher and MLops. I teach logic, AI and contemporary philosophy at the Faculty of Croatian studies, and cognitive science at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Studies. My research focuses on neural encodings for LLMs and the history of AI and cybernetics. I have built AI systems for telecoms, banks, insurance companies and government agencies. I am a life member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, and a regular member of the Croatian Philosophical Society. I am highly competent in coding in Python and coding optimization (a rarity among philosophers).
