Seamus Mulryan's work involves the normative and conceptual analysis of educational policy and practice. Mulryan earned his Ph.D. in educational policy studies, with an emphasis in philosophy of education, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also holds an M.A. in philosophy & education from Columbia University and a B.S. in physics from Beloit College.
