I am Uehrio Associate Professor at the Center for Death & Life Studies and Practical Ethics at the University of Tokyo. My research focuses on issues of care, ethico-epistemic agency, responsibility, and autonomy. I teach classes in care ethics, epistemic injustice, and relational autonomy. I am currently working on a book titled Receptivity and Human Agency (under contract with Wiley-Blackwell).
