Sepehr Vaez Afshar

As an architect with a background in computer science, Sepehr brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to his work. With a passion for gamification in digital heritage and a drive to push boundaries in the field of landscape architecture, he pursued a master's degree at ITU, combining his interests to explore the possibilities of the virtual landscape.

Currently, Sepehr is pursuing a second master's degree in Architecture at Texas Tech University, where he is focused on the intersection of urban studies, digital heritage, and data science. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for creative problem-solving, he is constantly seeking new ways to innovate and make a meaningful impact in the field.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Sepehr is also the Co-Founder of OyuNest Inc., a company that specializes in virtual landscape and game design. Through his work at OyuNest, he is able to apply his expertise and passion for gamification in digital heritage to create unique and engaging experiences for users.

Sepehr's contributions to the field have been recognized through multiple awards, including two CAAD awards and several awards in Startup Weekends. In addition, he has been invited to speak at numerous talks and workshops, sharing his expertise and insights with fellow professionals and students alike.
