Philosopher of technology in Rome and PhD Fellow in Human Sciences for Innovation, Inclusion and Sustainability at Link Campus University (PNRR, 2024 to 2027), supervised by Prof. Stefania Capogna and Prof. Eliseo Sciarretta. My thesis uses the Capability Approach of Sen, Nussbaum and Robeyns to ask what compulsory online training means for municipal staff in Italy and Spain, and whether it widens or narrows their real freedom to learn.
