Entitled ''Archaeology of the Visible: Anthropologizing Phenomenological Description Through Cognitive Sciences'' (L'Archéologie du Visible : Anthropologisation de la description phénoménologique à l'aune des sciences cognitives), my dissertation examines the historical, material, and cognitive anchoring from which phenomenological description is enabled. In particular, my work problematizes the cognitive prerequisites supposed in description carried out in accordance with phenomenological rules and principles (Husserl, Heidegger), while also considering the cognitive underlying of what is described. My PhD supervisors are Sophie-Jan Arrien (Université Laval / Laboratoire de philosophie continentale) and Christian Sommer (École normale supérieure de Paris / Archives Husserl de Paris).
