I'm a Postdoctoral Fellow at the MCMP in Munich. Previously, I worked as a Fellow at the Centre for Advanced Studies in the Humanities: ‘Human Abilities’ in Berlin.
I'm interested in what it takes to have and exercise abilities and in how we learn about our own abilities. I also examine how what we believe about our own abilities affects our choices and aspirations. My most recent research concerns the role of ability beliefs in practical deliberation and the relation between abilities and disability.
