Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals has built a trusted well trained team of housekeepers and professional contract service providers. Guests and Owners will feel comfortable knowing that the same housekeeper is responsible for an assigned property. We do not rotate our cleaning staff purposefully so that they will know the nuances and inventory of the assigned property. Other contract and professional services are always provided by licensed, bonded, and insured companies. Guests and Owners always feel more comfortable knowing that if a problem occurs we will quickly send a professional to diagnose and/ or repair the problem.
