I was born in Saint-Petersburg, Russia where I graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University (Department of Philosophy. I took my PhD degree at the Russian State Pedagogical University, named after Hertzen (Saint-Petersburg, Russia)/ Since 2003 I live in the US and work as a researcher at the RSPU.
