I am a licensed psychotherapist and philosopher based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. My research focuses on questions at the intersection of moral psychology, emotion and embodiment, and phenomenological psychology. I am especially interested in the role of emotional and embodied experience in moral agency and interpersonal life, including issues of self-awareness, motivational intentionality, and intersubjective phenomena such as empathy, shame, compassion, and love.
