Tatenda Ngara is a registered Human Resource Associate member of the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ). He holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from IPMZ. As a Human Resource Management professional, he has a strong interest in creating mentally stimulating work environments that promote a healthy state of mind for employees while giving a competitive edge to the organisation. Currently he works at British American Tobacco- Zimbabwe Holdings Limited
