As a current GLIDE Postdoctoral researcher in the ethics of infectious disease, my research is focused on AMR, pandemic preparedness, response and surveillance. Previously, I was a DPhil Candidate in Philosophy at the University of Oxford, working on a public health ethics approach to human germline genome editing for enhancement purposes. A short course on bioethics at the ANU changed my chosen pathway, and led me to study a Master of Bioethics at Monash University, completed in 2019, with research components focusing on reproductive rights and access to assisted reproductive technologies.
