"T. ALEXANDER LYSAGHT, an Australian, began teaching English Language in 1997 before earning a CSU Master of Education degree in 2001. Since then he has taught and lectured on English Language, Management, and Literary Research at universities in several countries including China during Opening Up, 2003-2008.
In 2004-2005 he was the first western academic researcher since the 1930s to be granted full access to research materials on what are technically the world’s first book(s) at the library, Mogao Caves, Dunhuang. In 2012 at Australian Catholic University, Sydney he further earned a classical Doctor of Philosophy degree in Philosophy on leadership in higher education.
He founded The Strider Institute in 2018 to promote adult literacy in the professions and trades and to advance general and academic English through the Institute’s flagship BME program.
Dr. Lysaght’s works are under translation in nine major languages."
