I am a postdoctoral fellow in the PPE program at Virginia Tech. I am currently working in the area of distributive ethics under conditions of risk and uncertainty. I also have research interests in the measurement of existential risk, the ethics of imposing risks of harm, and the ethics of humanitarian aid.
I received my Ph.D. in Philosophy from the LSE in August 2017. Before this, I graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MA in Political Theory, and the University of Manchester with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
