Researcher in post-Kantian continental philosophy. I received my PhD from the university of Southampton under the supervision of Christopher Janaway with my thesis 'Schopenhauer's Soteriology: Beyond Pessimism and Optimism'. My current research interests are in Schopenhauer and Nietzsche's ethics and philosophies of value as well as European existentialism. My day job is a teacher of Philosophy Religion and Ethics.
