The Decentralized Key Protocol (DKP) is a hybrid framework designed to enhance privacy, security, and user control in social networking applications transitioning from centralized to decentralized architectures. DKP combines centralized storage for scalability with blockchain-based access control and integrity verification. Files are stored on centralized servers with random tags, anonymizing user data, while key-tag-hash tuples on the blockchain ensure secure access and file integrity. A permission request smart contract enables secure file sharing, where followers must request access for each file view, with the contract verifying their status and granting one-time access to the tag and hash. This paper presents DKPs architecture, evaluates its benefits and challenges, and demonstrates its suitability for privacy-conscious social platforms. DKP offers a practical balance between decentralization, usability, and performance, addressing critical issues in data privacy and trust.

This paper introduces a hypothesis that reinterprets the relationship between motion and time. We propose that all objects possess an intrinsic capacity for instantaneous motion between two points, occurring "out of time," and that observed travel time results from discrete "stops" induced by external forces. Using thought experiments involving a photon and a marble, we illustrate this concept and explore its potential implications for classical mechanics, special relativity, and quantum phenomena. This perspective suggests motion is inherently timeless, with time arising as a consequence of interruptions, offering a new lens on the fundamental dynamics spanning classical laws to quantum effects. While lacking a fully developed mathematical foundation, this framework offers a novel perspective on velocity, time, and quantum superposition, suggesting avenues for future theoretical and experimental investigation. We emphasize its conceptual nature and the need for rigorous development to elevate it from hypothesis to theory, inviting researchers to explore its intriguing possibilities.

This study explores the concept of velocity within the framework of the physical interpretation of acceleration and deceleration for moving objects in space. A thought experiment involving a marble and a photon is employed to introduce the hypothesis that all objects in space inherently travel at the speed of light when in motion. Through a series of systematically structured thought experiments, this hypothesis and related conclusions are examined and substantiated. Newton’s first law of motion serves as the foundation for these scenarios, allowing for logical conclusions to be derived. The methodology prioritizes logical reasoning over detailed mathematical formulations to provide a more accessible presentation.

This paper introduces a conceptual framework, denoted as ‘Line Theory,’ which is predicated on the procedural anatomy inherent in ordinary plans. A plan, recognized as a set of instructions for execution, undergoes in-depth scrutiny to analyze its constituent elements. The concise examination delves into the formation of line and effect within real space stemming from procedures. Line theory serves the purpose of elucidating the absolute optimization of plans. It is formulated to inaugurate an exploration into the veracity of procedures and their elemental changes, examining their correlation with space and motion at the most fundamental level. The scientific community has extensively delved into the examination of the behavior and structure of objects at the microscopic level. This paper endeavors to stimulate interest in the analogous analysis of procedures. The fundamental objective within this theoretical framework is to offer a distinct philosophical perspective on changes and effects.
