My areas of specialization include philosophy of law, ethics, and 20th century philosophy. I am particularly interested in the philosophical implications surrounding the issue of jury nullification. My research focuses on the intersection of personal morality with formal systems of justice. My other interests include: Twentieth-Century analytic; applied ethics; theories of justice; and, early modern philosophy.
