Currently, I seek to characterize the relationship between the rule of recognition and the minimum contents of natural law exposed by Hart in "The Concept of Law", while defending the idea that such minimum contents are the primary rules or obligation so the Recognition rule becomes a second level guarantor of said minimum contents, which is updated permanently.

On the other hand, I continue with my previous research on the Theory of Legal Argumentation of Robert Alexy with a substantial twist: Consideration of the nature of the rules proposed by Professor Alexy in the process of justification of judicial decisions against which provides in the mechanism of the weighting to resolve conflicts between principles. This as a means to question the prevalence of the formal dimension of argumentation in this theory which places in the background the pragmatic dimension, which is, in my opinion, decisive in the judicial decision.
