Its core thesis is that Being, as the self-referential manifestation of the law of identity (A = A), is the logically necessary meta-presupposition that makes rational thought itself possible. Proceeding from this, a rigorous logical process of elimination establishes three mutually corroborating axioms: the Axiom of Being (logical necessity), the Axiom of Indestructibility (ontological necessity), and the Axiom of Dynamic Interrelatedness (process necessity). Together, these define the fundamental attributes that Cosmos—as the complete actualization of Being—must necessarily possess: Infinity, Inhomogeneity, Conservation, Self-Referentiality, Scale Invariance, and Dynamic Interrelatedness. Within this framework, the paper achieves a threefold unified construction: Unification of Ontology and Epistemology: It proposes the triadic cognitive cycle of Being-Cosmos-Beings, integrating the act of cognition itself into the ontological process it describes, thereby dissolving the traditional subject-object dichotomy. Unification of Philosophy and the Foundations of Natural Science: It argues that the efficacy of mathematics is rooted in the dynamic constraints of Being itself (inhomogeneity corresponding to discrete structures, dynamic continuity to continuous mathematics, and conservation to symmetry). It further reduces the core of physics to momentum as the irreducible variable representing dynamic interrelatedness, thus providing physics with a background-free, process-ontological interpretation. Unification of Consciousness and Value: It interprets consciousness as the first-person manifestation arising when a complex system's self-referential dynamics recursively turn upon themselves. Meaning, reason, and free will are interpreted as the experiences and capacities exhibited by a finite self-referential node (the human being) as it traverses possibilities and shapes a unique life trajectory within the infinite, necessary causal network. Finally, the paper defines the ontological significance of human cognition and practice: as self-aware nodes generated by the cosmos's self-referential evolution, humans, with their finite reason and praxis, participate in and enrich the eternal process of Being's self-unfolding. The response to the ultimate question of "why there is something rather than nothing" lies in recognizing that the primordial nature of Being is a constitutive precondition of rational thought, not an empirical question answerable from an external standpoint. This paper aims to provide a logically self-consistent and internally coherent meta-theoretical framework for the rational investigation of reality.
