Werner Meulmeester

First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Werner Meulmeester, and I am in my first year of studies towards a research master’s in Brain & Cognitive Sciences at the Institute of Interdisciplinary Studies of the University of Amsterdam. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences with honors at the University of Milano Bicocca. Looking back on these past study years, I can firmly say that understanding mind and consciousness has been one of my main concerns, occupying my study and leisure time. This desire to unravel the mystery of consciousness has led me down a very diversified and interdisciplinary path, with both scientific and philosophical implications.
