Hi! I’m a PERITIA Postdoctoral Research Fellow based at the University College Dublin School of Philosophy, working on the normativity of political deliberation. From 2023-2024, I was a lecturer at the University of Stirling. Before that, I was a postdoctoral research associate at the AHRC-sponsored project Varieties of Risk based at the University of Edinburgh (2022-2023). I did my PhD at the St Andrews/Stirling Philosophy Graduate Programme (SASP), working under the supervision of Philip Ebert and Crispin Wright. I received a MLitt in philosophy from SASP and a BA in philosophy from UCL. I mainly work on the intersection between epistemology, theories of normativity and philosophy of mind. I'm currently interested in questions about risks in moral and political deliberation, and political epistemology. My PhD thesis investigates the normative relation between truth and belief. My wider research interests include self-deception, theory of friendship, philosophy of time and history of philosophy (Ancient Philosophy, Kant and Chinese Philosophy).
