Bodily Reflections on Living Organ Donors Through the Lens of Confucian Body PhilosophyDeveloping World Bioethics. forthcoming. The body of a living organ donor is not merely a medicalized object but also a vessel for nurturing familial ethical bonds and reconstructing the self. The Confucian perspective on the body offers a unique lens for interpreting the donor's physical and existential situation. Confucianism interweaves the act of bodily donation with the harmony and continuity of the moral individual within the family, the production of ethical relationships, and the formation of self‐awareness, thereby providing a…Read more

101Imitation behavior in environmental, social, and governance disclosure: Textual analysis evidence from Chinese listed enterprisesBusiness Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility 34 (3): 771-793. 2025.The era of sustainable transformation has witnessed an increase in corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure waves. Using Chinese A-share listed companies from 2016 to 2021 as a sample, this study adopted textual analysis and machine-learning techniques to analyze ESG reports and explore the imitation behavior of ESG disclosures in emerging Chinese markets for the first time. The results show imitation behavior exists in corporate ESG disclosures from the perspective of gr…Read more

8Tailor-Formulating the Triple Bottom Line for Rural Sustainable Entrepreneurship: Evidence from Investigation Cases in ChinaJournal of Business Ethics 1-28. forthcoming.Based on resource bricolage theory, this study aimed to offer an innovative, tailored formulation of the triple bottom line (TBL) framework by incorporating institutional embedding for rural entrepreneurship. We collected a unique sample comprising 942 cases of rural entrepreneurship in China, which were originally investigated for a China Central Television program; we textualized and structured them from over 20,000 min of video. Using social entrepreneurial orientation (SEO), green entreprene…Read more

51Solving the Decision Problem of Group Achievement Stit Logics with Refref EquivalenceStudia Logica 1-45. forthcoming. In the paper, we consider the decision problem of two group achievement stit logics: the super-additive group achievement stit logic and the additive group achievement stit logic, both with refref equivalence. They are the sets of formulas that are valid on two distinct classes of branching time and agent choice structures with instants, respectively. In one class, all structures are super-additive, and in the other class, all structures are additive. Moreover, neither of these structures contai…Read more

234Decreased Intrinsic Functional Connectivity in First-Episode, Drug-Naive Adolescents With Generalized Anxiety DisorderFrontiers in Human Neuroscience 12 420936. 2019.Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is characterized by excessive and uncontrollable worry about everyday life. Prior neuroimaging studies have demonstrated that GAD is associated with disruptions in specific brain regions; however, little is known about the global functional connectivity maps in adolescents with GAD. Here, first-episode, medication-naive, adolescent GAD patients ( N = 36) and healthy controls ( N = 28) (HCs) underwent resting-state functional MRI (R-fMRI) and completed a package…Read more

76Physical cleansing reduces the mindset effect in problem-solvingCognition and Emotion 38 (1): 180-186. 2024.The present study investigated whether physical cleansing can reduce the mindset effect in problem-solving in two experiments. Both experiments followed the same procedure. In the first stage, participants formed a mindset through the Luchins’ water-jar task (Experiment 1) or the idiom maze task (Experiment 2). The second stage is cleansing manipulation. In Experiment 1, participants were asked to clean their hands with wipes (cleansing condition) or examine the packaging of the wipes (no-cleans…Read more

93Finite Axiomatizability of Transitive Modal Logics of Finite Depth and Width with Respect to Proper-Successor-EquivalenceReview of Symbolic Logic 17 (4): 951-964. 2024.This paper proves the finite axiomatizability of transitive modal logics of finite depth and finite width w.r.t. proper-successor-equivalence. The frame condition of the latter requires, in a rooted transitive frame, a finite upper bound of cardinality for antichains of points with different sets of proper successors. The result generalizes Rybakov’s result of the finite axiomatizability of extensions of $\mathbf {S4}$ of finite depth and finite width.

54Study on data mining method of network security situation perception based on cloud computingJournal of Intelligent Systems 31 (1): 1074-1084. 2022.In recent years, the network has become more complex, and the attacker’s ability to attack is gradually increasing. How to properly understand the network security situation and improve network security has become a very important issue. In order to study the method of extracting information about the security situation of the network based on cloud computing, we recommend the technology of knowledge of the network security situation based on the data extraction technology. It converts each rece…Read more

69Trait Forgiveness Moderated the Relationship Between Work Stress and Psychological Distress Among Final-Year Nursing Students: A Pilot StudyFrontiers in Psychology 11 497401. 2020.This study was to explore the potential moderating effect of trait forgiveness and its facets on the relationship between perceived work stress and psychological distress among Chinese nursing students in clinical practice. A total of 182 Chinese nursing students who had been receiving final-year clinical training completed self-report measures of nursing work stress, trait forgiveness and psychological distress. Correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regressions were mainly applied for …Read more

61Interference of unilateral lower limb amputation on motor imagery rhythm and remodeling of sensorimotor areasFrontiers in Human Neuroscience 16 1011463. 2022.PurposeThe effect of sensorimotor stripping on neuroplasticity and motor imagery capacity is unknown, and the physiological mechanisms of post-amputation phantom limb pain (PLP) illness remain to be investigated.Materials and methodsIn this study, an electroencephalogram (EEG)-based event-related (de)synchronization (ERD/ERS) analysis was conducted using a bilateral lower limb motor imagery (MI) paradigm. The differences in the execution of motor imagery tasks between left lower limb amputations…Read more

While young Chinese people are still the main caregivers for older adults, understanding the attitudes of young Chinese people toward aging and living independently in the context of modernization is important because it relates to future elderly care problems in China. By using in-depth interviews and qualitative methods, 45 participants were…Read more
