Western logic, Aristotle's words in the ancient term logic, Stoic propositional logic, a few in the modern mathematical logic. Modern logic and the logic of the main difference is the ancient methods, and study like the same. Ancient logic and language closer together, more modern logic and mathematics are directly related. Chinese logic say the name of speech, said that debate, from this point of view is more similar to traditional Western logic. But this is only the surface, the Chinese logic reasoning at a deeper level or to demonstrate the effectiveness of focus. However, the Chinese form of logical reasoning, the lack of research, mainly on a theoretical level, the object non-formal logic, and in the meta-theoretical level, the performance of the laws of formal logic and logical theory. West logic includes Aristotelian categorical logic and Stoic propositional logic in ancient time and modern mathematic logic. The differences between modern logic and ancient logic mainly are the method, not the research object. Ancient logic closely links with languages ​​but modem logic more links with mathematic. Chinese logic discussed the theories of Naming , Proposition , Reasoning and Disputation , so it looks like west traditional logic only from this aspect. But this is only the surface of things, in deep levels , Chinese logic focuses on discussing the validity of reasoning and arguments as modem logic. Chinese logic is short of the study for the reasoning forms, mainly expressing as informal logic on the levels of object theory, but expressing as formal logical theory and logical law on the levels of metatheory

The equivalent translation is translation theorists have long debated topics. This paper first reviews the history of the concept of equivalence and equivalent source of the main types, and as a basis equivalent to clarify the epistemological foundations of translation theory, and then point out the errors in epistemology. In this paper, from the Buddhist perspective on the amount of derived words and translated Cheng Zhongyuan two kinds of relationships between the target language, from the source language to target language of the edge-student relationship and the target language to source language from the assignment relationship, and so far equivalent of the traditional translation theory involves only the former. I will reflect the source language and target language equivalent of the dual relationship between the theory called "geo-assignment equivalent • Health, said." I believe, based on the amount of the Buddhist theory of "margin of Health • assignment equivalent to say" the equivalent of the traditional translation theory with more explanatory and can be compared to dependence, it is hoped to promote the translation of foreign academic equivalent in the translation of re- thinking. Equivalence translation is one of the topics disputed about the translation theories. This paper organizes the historical root and the main types of the concept of equivalence. The paper makes the epistemological foundations of the equivalence translation theories clearly, and points out the problems in them. The paper, based upon the Buddhist Epistemology, points out that there are two kinds of relations between SE and TL: the proceeded-relation from SL to TE and the invested-relation from TL to SL in the translation process, but the equivalence translation theories just have been concerned with the former up to now. The paper names the theory which shows the relations between SE and TE as Theory of Proceeded-invested-equivalence, and it proposes that the new equivalence translation theory is more proper and more reliable so that the old will be reconsidered

This essay explores Zen hermeneutics by locating gong'an episodes at the juncture of Zen Buddhism, Heideggerian ontological hermeneutics, and Derridean deconstructive hermeneutics. Employing Heidegger's understanding of truth as aletheia and the Derridean deconstruction of the subject oriented metaphysical mode of thinking, this essay aims to shed light on the special function that hermeneutics plays in our understanding of philosophy's and philosophers' relation to truth and meaning and show how Zen gong'an shares some visions with the hermeneutical discipline in our time
