I work at the intersection of political philosophy, international relations, and the philosophy of law. My research focuses on sovereignty, restraint, crisis governance, and the normative and conceptual foundations of foreign policy. I am particularly interested in how states justify power, limit action, and construct authority under conditions of uncertainty and conflict.
