There are surely some dozens of young Spaniards who, submerged in the obscure depths of provincial existence, live in a perpetual and tacit irritation with the atmosphere around them. I can almost see them, in the corner of some social hall, silent, with embittered gaze and hostile mien, withdrawn into themselves like little tigers awaiting the moment for their vengeful, predatory leap. That corner and that frayed plush divan are like the solitary crag where the shipwrecked of monotony, of utter banality, of the abjection and emptiness of Spanish life, hope for better times. Not far away, playing their card games, making their petty politics, plotting their minimal business ventures, are the "life forces" of the community, these men who contrive this ominous moment in our national life.

Given the potential that environmentally oriented anti-consumption (EOA) has in achieving environmental sustainability, the authors draw upon marketing, management, environmental, and psychology studies to conceptualize and delimit EOA, differentiating it from other (related but distinct) phenomena. In addition, the authors review the available literature at the individual (micro) level and summarize research on the antecedents and meanings of broad and specific/strict EOA practices with different targets. Furthermore, the authors propose an agenda for future research, which reflects on EOA not only at the individual (micro) level, but also lays out new opportunities for EOA work at organizational (meso), industry, and national (macro) levels. The work presented here hopes to spark multilevel research on EOA, its antecedents and consequences, and reactions to EOA phenomena.

El presente trabajo pretende hacer una revisión del naciente movimiento Open Citations, el cual aboga por la libre disposición de las citas bibliográficas incluidas en cada contribución científica. Este movimiento, enmarcado dentro de corrientes más generales como Open Data y Open Access, busca de esta forma que las citas bibliográficas sean un bien común para la comunidad científica, reforzando el desarrollo de la investigación bibliométrica y la construcción de sistemas de información científica autóctonos. Este cambio está suponiendo una revolución en el mercado de la documentación científica, al surgir nuevos productos y plataformas que permiten valorar la producción e impacto de investigadores e instituciones a partir de fuentes abiertas y alternativas. Esta transformación implica una oportunidad para el desarrollo de portales regionales o institucionales que, alimentados de estas fuentes abiertas, permitan una evaluación propia e independiente. En primer lugar, se hará un análisis del origen y contexto de este movimiento; se analizarán las fuentes de citas abiertas que están apareciendo (Crossref, Microsoft Academic Knowledge Graph, Open Citation Corpus) y algunos productos alternativos (Lens, Dimensions, SemanticScholar); por último, se analizará las implicaciones que todo este movimiento puede tener en la evaluación científica, haciendo hincapié en la posibilidad de desarrollar Current Research Information Systems (CRIS) locales destinados a la evaluación científica.
