The traditional “realist” conception of physics, according to which human concepts, laws and theories can grasp the essence of a reality in our absence , seems incompatible with quantum formalism and it most fruitful interpretation. The proof rests on the violation by quantum mechanical formalism of some fundamental principles of the classical ontology. We discuss if the conception behind Einstein’s idea of a reality in our absence, could be still maintained and at which price. We conclude that quantum mechanical formalism is not formulated on those terms, leaving for a separated paper the discussion about the terms in which it could be formulated and the onto-epistemological implications it might have

El estudio de la influencia del pensamiento de Platón y Aristóteles en el origen y desarrollo de las principales corrientes filosóficas alemanas del siglo XX ha recibido un notable impulso en los últimos años. Sin embargo, aún no contamos con una visión panorámica que permita identificar los puntos clave de este desarrollo y ofrecer una comprensión cabal del impacto filosófico de ambos autores en la configuración del pensamiento alemán contemporáneo. Investigaciones recientes sugieren que la recepción de su filosofía desempeñó un papel decisivo en el debate sobre la constitución del conocimiento humano a partir de la experiencia y, con ello, en la discusión acerca de la posibilidad de la filosofía como ciencia. En este sentido, es reconocida la influencia decisiva de aspectos centrales de Platón y Aristóteles en autores como Natorp, Heidegger o Gadamer, si bien con alcances y acentos diferentes en cada caso. El objetivo de este volumen monográfico es proseguir y ampliar los resultados alcanzados hasta el momento, cartografiando y profundizando en los lugares todavía poco estudiados del encuentro de la filosofía alemana del siglo XX con ambos filósofos. Con ello, nos proponemos contribuir al conocimiento de la historia de la filosofía reciente y, al mismo tiempo, reivindicar la vigencia de una interpretación filosóficamente productiva de la propia tradición.

Sección: Artículos Palabras clave: Suicidio, reacción trágica, sociedad actual, sentido de la vida El artículo aborda de manera crítica la reflexión filosófica sobre el suicidio, dentro de la cual se exponen algunas aproximaciones a ella, tanto desde la filosofía, como desde el ámbito social, seguido de algunos argumentos que exponen a manera de contraparte la idea del suicidio como una respuesta al no sentido de la vida en la sociedad actual, para finalmente evocar algunas alternativas que propicien una reflexión, sustentada en el valor de la existencia del hombre como una oportunidad de trascenderse, de superarse y de abarcar desde la vivencia valerosa de su vida.

In this work, we investigate various combinatorial properties of Borel ideals on countable sets. We extend a theorem presented in [13] and identify an $F_\sigma $ tall ideal in which player II has a winning strategy in the Cut and Choose Game, thereby addressing a question posed by J. Zapletal. Additionally, we explore the Ramsey properties of ideals, demonstrating that the random graph ideal is critical for the Ramsey property when considering more than two colors. The previously known result for two colors is extended to any finite number of colors. Furthermore, we comment on the Solecki ideal and identify an $F_\sigma $ tall K-uniform ideal that is not equivalent to $\mathcal {ED}_{\text {fin}}$, thereby addressing a question from M. Hrušák’s work [10].

The objective of this article was to analyze inequalities in Colombia using a strategic prospective approach to identify the social, economic and cultural dynamics that prolong such asymmetries and propose actions to reduce these gaps. The methodology employed is based on the use of advanced prospective analysis tools, such as influence matrices and variable mobility diagrams, in addition to the identification of key actors involved in the formulation and execution of public policies. The results point to the complexity of the interactions between critical variables such as access to technologies, gender equity and youth participation in employment; likewise, the study showed that certain actors, such as the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Equality and Equity, have a significant influence on the achievement of objectives that seek to mitigate social inequalities in Colombia. The study concludes the need to work on public policies for social and economic development, but with an approach based on education and changes in cultural patterns in society that allow the gradual reduction of inequalities. The discussion points out that through strategic collaboration among diverse actors and a comprehensive approach, progress can be made towards a sustained reduction of inequalities, promoting a more equitable and inclusive development in Colombian society.
