Aidarkhan Kussainov

Trained as a nuclear physicist at Moscow State University, I am now a PhD candidate in Public Administration at Narxoz University in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where I also teach. My doctoral research examines the social dynamics of Nietzsche’s philosophy, tracing the evolution of his concept of the State.
