My dissertation engages with contemporary debates about the philosophy of virtual reality and video game technologies, especially issues related to ethics, metaphysics, and aesthetics. Some of my earlier graduate work focused on normativity, emotions, and the post-1960s era of the debate about determinism, free will, and moral responsibility.
I completed my BA in philosophy with distinction at the University of Guelph in 2019. After that, in 2020, I completed an MA in philosophy at Wilfrid Laurier University, under the supervision of Gary Foster. My MA research project was about reasons for love.
