Daniel Simão Nascimento is a professor of moral and political philosophy in the department of philosophy at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He did his masters (2005-2007) and doctorate (2009-2013) in Philosophy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). During his doctorate he spent a year researching under the supervision of prof.
