Dr. Timothy Langley Jr. is an Independent Scholar and the architect of "The Forensics of the Soul." A survivor of a catastrophic Traumatic Brain Injury (2005), he researches the epistemology of trauma and the ethics of survival. His work challenges traditional normative ethics by introducing the "Active Variable"—the concept that damaged agents possess unique mechanical utility in ethical crises. He is currently finalizing his manuscript, The Philosophy of the Damaged Brain, which focuses on applied ethics, disability theory, and the reconstruction of identity after neurological collapse.
