Fatema Amijee

I am an Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of British Columbia. I work in metaphysics, early modern philosophy, feminist philosophy, and Islamic philosophy. A primary focus of my work in metaphysics and the history of philosophy is the Principle of Sufficient Reason, the arguments for and against it, and its implications for metaphysics. My work in feminist philosophy focuses on women in Islam.
