Giuseppe Tosi

Graduated in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Milan (1974); PhD in philosophy from the University of Padua (1999), and postdoctoral degree in Theory and History of Human Rights from the University of Florence (2006) and Camerino (2012), Italy. Retired full professor (professor titular aposentado) of the Department of Philosophy of the Universidade Federal da Paraíba – Was coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Human Rights, Citizenship and Public Policy (master's degree) PPGDH-NCDH-CCHLA (2012-2014), and member of the Graduate Program in Philosophy of UFPB (master's degree) and the Integrated Doctorate of Philosophy UFPE-UFPB-UFRN. Member of the Research Group "Citizenship and Human Rights" and leader of the Research Group "Theory and History of Human Rights and Democracy", of the Center for Citizenship and Human Rights of UFPB, registered in the CNPq directory. Representative of the UFPB in the "UNESCO Chair of Human Rights and Violence: Government and Governance", coordinated by the Externado University of Colombia.
